Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU           X3440  @ 2.53GHz (with SSE4.2)

Built using gcc 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-11).

Experimental result code 5142 is currently translated by tshark as
"DIAMETER_BEARER_EVENT"

According to 3GPP TS 29.230 the value should be "DIAMETER_PCC_RULE_EVENT".
