I believe that after following change

some good ISUP messages like GRS, GRA and so on are decoded with warnings, see
examples attached.

I see a solution in decreasing severity of the message "No optional parameters
are possible with this message type" to PI_NOTE instead of PI_WARN

Still with proto_tree_add_text it looked better back then.
