Wireshark 2.0.3 is unusable due to BPF capture filters not working at all -- it
refuses any and all expressions.

Installed v2 briefly and uninstalled it right away.  Since it appears to be a
new UI over the top of the core functionality probably the behavior is the
same.

The Wireshark 2 installer attempts to make multiple connections to something in
the Akamai CDN without asking permission.  This is also objectionable.
