Hi Ryan,
you need to activate the heuristic detection of ACN, which is disabled by
default.
Go to Analyze -> Enabled Protocols and ensure that acn_udp checkbox is checked.
I just edited the Wiki to reflect this change done starting from Wireshark 2.0.
