This issue was about the driver signing with a SHA2 certificate.
Then for a few people, USBPcap installation seems to fail (or interferes with
another SW), making the USB ports failing.
That's why now we create a restore point before USBPcap installation, and are
adding warnings + a link to https://github.com/desowin/usbpcap/issues/3 in the
installer.
