The Modbus/UDP that was removed is not the same as what's in the provided
capture.  The Modbus/UDP that was removed from
I1fe105a5abdcce808088eb3aaf6ce97ecb5dac4c had a MBAP header in the packet ( +
ModbusRTU), this is only ModbusRTU.

Modbus/UDP was removed because there is no mention of it in the official specs
(to know which "flavor" of the above is correct), but Modbus does have both TCP
and UDP port 502 registered with IANA.

I would consider this a pure enhancement and not subject to backporting.  Fix
to be posted shortly.
