Reproduced with a relatively recent tip-of-master build.
Does *not* happen with the same capture with the GTK+ version of the same
build.
The "Name resolution" checkbox works in the GTK+ version, but not in the Qt
version.
Perhaps the Qt dialogs aren't properly handling the on/off setting of "Name
resolution", with the Endpoints dialog hardwiring it to "off" and the
Conversations dialog hardwiring it to "on"?
