According to RFC5044, the pdu length (in MPA header) doesn't include the
padding bytes.
When there is a padding, although the pdu length appears as a correct value in
the packet, the Wireshark claims that it's incorrect.
It shows an error message that the actual length is not as the expected one.
The weird thing is that the expected value is the one that appears on the
packet.
