I cannot reproduce the issue.
Indeed the button is labelled "Save" but I have no issue selecting a file
using:

Version 2.0.2 (v2.0.2-0-ga16e22e from master-2.0)

WinPcap, with GnuTLS 3.2.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.2, with AirPcap 4.1.0 build 1622.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (with SSE4.2), with 7879MB of
physical
memory.

Accorring to https://doc.qt.io/qt-4.8/qfiledialog.html, the difference between
getOpenFileName and getSaveFileName is that the latter accepts a file that does
not exist yet (and this is what we want):
"This is a convenience static function that will return a file name selected by
the user. The file does not have to exist."
So it should not prevent selecting an existing file (and does not for me at
least).

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
