Is this TCP stream generate by a test tool? Because the TCP source port used is
0 and the sequence number never gets incremented...
To decode this trace, you can still play with your Wireshark options to
workaround this buggy capture:
In Edit -> Protocols -> Diameter, add TCP port 53868
In Edit -> Protocols -> TCP uncheck "allow subdissector to reassemble TCP
streams" and "do not call subdissectors for error packets"

Do not forget to put back the default values once you are done.
