Export of a HTTP file form a PCAP in 2.0.2 shows a single HTTP file transfer
(i.e. PDF, _javascript_ files etc.) as multiple files. Appears to occur when HTTP
transfer is GZIP'd. Able to export the single HTTP file from the PCAP correct
in 2.0.1.
