Since v2.0.2 (2.0.1 was OK), 
in the dissection part of the window.
In v2.0.1 when you selected a packet, adjust the dissection window to the part
of the packet you want to dissect then select another packet, the scrollbar
stayed on same high so you see the same part of the packet as previous one.
Since version 2.0.2, the scrolbar returns to the top and you always have to
adjust it.
