Note that even setting Decode As to RPC on port 2049 doesn't help - only
overriding port 993 solves this. Probably giving user-defined Decode As
priority over built-in rules would improve the situation here.

My actual problem: I'm using tshark to detect NFS packets and while I _could_
force decoding based on nfs port, e.g. "-d tcp.port==2049,rpc" - I can't force
decoding other random ports as RPC
