1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008), with GnuTLS 3.2.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.2, without
AirPcap.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a capture file with > 99 TCP streams
2) Filter on TCP stream 101 (for example. Any stream index 100 or over should
do)
3) Goto Statistics --> TCP Stream Graphs -->Time Sequence (Stevens)
4) TCP stream 99 is incorrectly displayed. It should show stream 101
