I have not been able to locate any network specs for OCFS2.

I think wireshark is incorrectly detecting packets as re-assembled. You see
re-assembled packets when the application message is greater than the MTU size
in which case packets are broken up. In this case wireshark is treating
separate commands of smaller packet sizes as re-assembled packets and I think
it is not correct.
