When capturing, the list of packets keeps scrolling back to the selected
packet.

Same symptoms as described in
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=11345

This happens when capturing remote packets with tcpdump.

Command used:
$ wireshark -i <(ssh server "tcpdump -s0 -U -n -w - 'not port 22'")

The problem does not occur when capturing a local device.
