OK, so to be 100% sure (as I cannot reproduce the issue), please confirm that
it does not change anything when you:
- uninstall Wireshark
- uninstall WinPcap
- remove USBPcap (if installed)
- remove %APPDATA%\Wireshark folder
- reboot
- reinstall Wireshark with default options (so including WinPcap), with
installer run with Admin rights
If it still fails, please provide a link for the memory dump as you suggested
(not sure it will be helpful, but better than nothing).
