Looks fixed.  
I created a new profile without copying in "Default" Profile.  Worked fine.
Deleted the new profile.  Copied the zip file folder and files directly into
the personal profiles files directory.  Did not go through the GUI. Worked
fine.
Tried several different profiles and capture files, including creating a new
profile via the GUI.  Worked fine.
I am not able to make it fail.
