I can confirm this is fixed on master, but 2.0.1 still has the issue.
Reproduced with an empty profile (rm -rf wshome && HOME=$PWD/wshome wireshark
-r some.pcap)

Perhaps you have changed some reassembly settings? (Disabling "Reassemble HTTP
bodies spanning multiple TCP segments" makes frame 4 display as response, with
the default settings it does not.)
