Comment # 1 on bug 11912 from 
Start. Stop. (441 packets). Drag scroll bar to bottom, let it go and display
snaps back to selected packet (#1). 
Select any other packet; scrolling stays put.
Select #1 and scrolling snaps back to #1.

Also, dragging scroll bar below the bar, while holding mouse button down, if I
stop moving the mouse, display snaps back to packet #1; resuming mouse movement
snaps back to last packet. Repeats ad infinitum until I release the mouse
button.
