Problem as described here:
https://ask.wireshark.org/questions/48416/rtp-audio-stream-no-min-max-values-in-statistics

Basically, min and max values are not computed for delta and jitter in the RTP
stream overview window and as well in the stream analysis window with the
capture file in attachement.
Tshark dont print the statistics as well.

Using the SIP+RTP sample file, the values are displayed.
