Add support for Barracuda NGFirewall Ipfix Audit. Used documentation found at
https://techlib.barracuda.com/NG61/ConfigAuditReportingIPFIX

The configuration allows to switch between little endian and big endian for a
Ipfix collector. This commit expects big endian encoding.

However it seems that there is a bug in NGFirewall 6.1.1 which interchanges the
encoding (little-endian instead of big endian and vice versa).

A private capture file will be added to this bug.
