Trying again, it appears that the initial Welcome to Wireshark (w2w) page and
Capture Options (CO) dialog are inconsistent in how they react.
Selecting an interface from w2w, then selecting CO deselects the interface,
while selecting an interface from CO is reflected on w2w. It shouldn't matter
in which order, or from where the interface is selected -- once selected, that
information should be maintained.
Changing this report to enhancement: please retain selections so as not to add
confusion to the setup process.
