Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).

In the attached pcap file there's a single IPv6 packet with multiple extension
headers.
The 6th extension header is an RPL routing header.
Even though its length is 8 bytes, and has no room for any address, Wireshark
still reads an address beyond the extension header's boundary.
