Comment # 2 on bug 11762 from Peter Wu

kl3 (on IRC) discovered that the "N" option has to be enabled for the external
resolver:

 tshark -N Nn -r some.pcap

This works too:

 tshark -r some.pcap -N Nn -z hosts | awk '/^#/{p=1}p' > hosts.txt
 tshark -r some.pcap -H hosts.txt -N n

So it is just a documentation issue.
