Qt Wireshark will not plot any elements that land in the last interval bucket. 
 With the newly attached capture, 10TcpSessionsAt1SecondIntervalsX2.pcapng,
some packets that were not plotted at the default 1 second interval will be
plotted as the smaller time intervals of 0.1, 0.01, and 0.001 are selected.  If
exported to CSV, the non-plotted data is revealed to be present in the last
record of the CSV file.
