Can you confirm, that it does indeed work, if you simply restart the capture?
It works with the following work-around for me: 

1. Change settings and hit start
2. Stop and close the capture
3. Double-Click on the interface to restart the capture (keeping the options)

I've looked into that a while ago. I also have a preliminary bugfix for it, but
was not yet able to finish it.
