Changing profiles causes Wireshark to crash.

The behavior is erratic -- sometimes Wireshark will crash reliably the first
time I change profiles, sometimes I can change profiles a handful or two times
before it crashes. Does not seem to matter whether or not I have a trace open.

Sometimes, the GUI becomes oddly pale (no colors) on profile change (see
"oddly-pale-wireshark-screen.png" for the pathological case;
change-profiles-now-colored-wireshark-screen.png" for the normal case).

I have replicated the issue on (2) Windows 7 machines.

See profiles.zip for my profile collection.
