On an OS X system that previously had never installed Wireshark, closing the
Capture Interfaces dialog with the latest development version of Wireshark will
result in an error message box with the following text:

> Can't create directory "/Users/<MYLOGIN>/.config/wireshark" for preferences file: No such file or directory."

Steps to reproduce (on OS X):

1 - Confirm there is no ~/.config folder.

2 - Confirm there is no ~/.wireshark folder.

3 - Start Wireshark.

4 - Select the menu item Capture -> Options ...

The Capture Interfaces dialog should be now open.

(Question: From a UI usability point-of-view should the menu item name be
changed from Capture -> "Options ..." to Capture -> "Interfaces ..." or should
the title of the dialog be changed from "Capture Interfaces" to "Capture
Options"?

5 - In the Capture Interfaces dialog click on the "Close" button.

An error dialog will open displaying the message reported above.

NOTE: If one manually creates the ~/.config folder (or if the ~/.wireshark
folder exists) then the error message will not pop up.
