I created the patch as Gerrit noted, but I'm not sure I like the results.
Usually referenced packets are the starting point for comparison so their delta
is always going to be 0 (which is probably why displaying the timestamp didn't
seem useful). The patch works with non-delta timestamps, but when applying a
reference with non-delta timestamps displayed, Wireshark prompts me to switch
to a delta based timestamp format.
Other opinions welcome (either here or in the Gerrit review)
