Current it (I tried master and master-1.12).

Looking at attachment 13932 [details] from bug 11628 I noticed there was no TCP Sequence
Analysis in the FTP-DATA frames.
If I:
1) Applied a filter (ftp-data)
2) (and then) Changed a preference
the sequence analysis stuff showed up.
Sounds like someone's calling subdissectors under if(tree).
