on bug 11481
from Peter Wu
Once I ignore the retransmitted Server Hello packets (Ctrl-D on 36, 40, 42) or
enable the TCP preference "Do not call subdissectors for error packets" (as
suggested by Jeff), the Certificate is dissected properly.
The behavior is not optimal, but the option is designed for situations like
this. Once out-of-order TCP segments are better handled (bug 9461 for SSL),
then this option should not be needed though.
