Thank you for reporting. Could you push this patch to gerrit? Gerrit is
official way to contribute some changes (and review). Also please change error
messages to gprint_err and replace names of varianles by something more human
readable like "interface name", "interface".

Stig, chechAPI is not right script for this application. It may help, but using
more system API is allowed in applcation lke extcap tools or tshark or
Wireshark (Qt, GTK). CheckAPI is mostly used for dissectors.

gstrdup_printf? Sounds good. I have another idea too. Make androiddump use no
dynamic memory allocation at all.
