Even with the source code repos (https://github.com/TrinityCore/WowPacketParser
or https://github.com/mangoszero/server which appears to have roots with the
original dissector), I couldn't relate the existing information in the
dissector (with regards to opcodes) with the source code to try to find a
starting point of comparison.  I guess the protocol evolved that much (and
probably just needs to be restarted from scratch)
