Forget what I said: it's working for me simply because the zlib1.dll is picked
from another folder in my path and the log I took is the win32 binary...

The log from the x64 buildbot is here:

And no zlib1.dll can be found in it. This seems to be related to the buildbot
configuration (to be confirmed).
