This is not related to the GnuTLS/Gcrypt version as I face the same issue when
running Wireshark 1.12.7 on my Ubuntu 15.04 x64:

Running on Linux 3.19.0-28-generic, with locale fr_FR.UTF-8, with libpcap
version 1.6.2, with libz 1.2.8, GnuTLS 3.3.8, Gcrypt 1.6.2, without AirPcap.
