OK, apparently the context sensitive menu "Resolve Name" is not what I need to
use here but rather "View -> Name Resolution -> Manually Resolve Name".

There apparently was a "Manually Resolve Name" entry in the context menu in the
past, but is no longer present?

By the way, how does one view the list of manually resolved addresses?  How to
delete an entry?
