on bug 11529
from Jeff Morriss
I can't manage to repeat the problem.
I tried:
- On Linux using master-1.12 (1.12.7+)
- On Linux using master (1.99.9+) using both the Gtk and Qt UIs
- On Windows (7, 64-bit) using 1.12.7
I did notice that TCP stream 27 includes a rather large HTTP response in frame
52232: 36,234 fragments were successfully(!) reassembled into one 50,000,488
byte HTML response. This does cause uncomfortable pauses during Wireshark
operation but not for more than a second or two.
Does the problem go away if you disable the HTTP preference "Reassemble HTTP
bodies spanning multiple TCP segments"?
