Qt wireshark can't be closed when we abort the file loading process. This issue
is reproduced on v1.99.10rc0-74-ge9b1291.
reproduce step:
1) open a large pcap file
2) In the file loading procedure, click close button on the top right corner. A
message box popups, click "Stop and Quit without Saving" button
3) The Qt wireshark can't be closed, not any response when pressing close
button.
And I found the "Close this capture file" button in Main toolbar can't close
the file on loading again. The progress bar also doesn't have close button now.
