Wireshark version 0.10.14 (or older) is not supported and hasn't been for many,
many years. This is unlikely a Wireshark bug anyway, but rather a problem with
your particular environment. I suggest asking specific questions on
https://ask.wireshark.org/questions/ or discussing the problems you're having
on the wireshark-dev mailing list (see: https://www.wireshark.org/lists/).
When doing so, please provide as much detail as possible in order to make it
easier to provide you with some meaningful help.
