Built using clang 4.2.1 Compatible Apple LLVM 6.1.0 (clang-602.0.53).

Wireshark's summary output shows a very large value for the summary interface
drop count, if the pcapng Interface Statistics Block did not have an
isb_if_drop option.
That's because Wireshark expects every ISB to have a isb_if_drop option,
because dumpcap's does.
This needs to be back-ported to 1.12 as well.
