Open up the Wireshark preferences, select "Columns", and add a new column.
The "Field type" item will list, for example, "Destination address", "Dest addr
(resolved)", and "Dest addr (unresolved)"; it also lists "Source address"/"Src
addr (resolved)"/"Src addr (unresolved)", and versions of those for "port"
rather than "address".
