Hi All,

Thank you for your help with this. I've tried reseting my HOME environment
variable to /tmp but the issue still occurred with version 1.12.7.

I tried this with version 1.12.8rc0-9-g52dadc7 from the automated builds and I
did run into the same issue.

I also tried version 1.99.9-378-gd7e3076 from the automated builds directory
and this version did not have this issue and was able to decrypt and display
the capture. This leads me to believe that the issue is only present in the
1.12 versions of Wireshark and some difference between the two is causing the
issue. I'll do any other tests I can come up with to look into this further but
if anyone has any suggestions I'd be happy to continue to test and debug this.

I've also attached a text file with the commands I tried and their outputs.
