The GOOSE message dissector cuts 8 bytes from the Ethernet payload and decode
the rest against the goose.asn from your repository.
The offset of the GOOSE pdu is wrong since it is at byte 11 instead of 8. (e.g.
the goose pdu is 3 bytes shorter that it should)
