The 'Remove' button in Preferences/Filter Expressions tab removes the button(s)
from the GUI, but they return again after a restart. My current showing
buttons are:
 Server -string
 Server GET
 Server SPR
 Server RST
 Usual suspects
 Usual suspects
 Filter

When I try to remove one or all of the last 3, they go away during the current
session, but return again after a program restart. This didn't happen with the
last version.
