In short, make it possible to update the decryption table from Lua.
The idea being to write an automatic script that gather the necessary cookies
and keys required to decrypt packets.
Currently it can't update the decryption table during runtime from Lua, so the
user would either have to copy/paste the values in the GUI, or save and restart
Wireshark after the script appends the key to the decryption table.
