You won't find a better documentation for a game protocol then emulator source
i would guess.
The documentation that isn't sourcecode is far from complete and all i could
find are blog posts from around the time this dissector was first published.
The game company is likely to not help with official documentation.
I attached a sample pcap where the game launcher and the test-server traffic
are recorded.
