No this is done on purpose: when launching androiddump.exe, Wireshark ensures
to add it's own installation folder in the path so that all required DLLs can
be found. This permits us to avoid copying DLLs twice while still having extcap
programs located in the extcap subfolder or the WIRESHARK_EXTCAP one.
