When changing the column widths on the Packet List (in Qt, at least), it
appears that the widths are saved when explicitly closing wireshark. However,
if I open another capture file after having changed the widths, it reverts back
to the old widths. This isn't a huge problem, but would be a nice usability
tweak, especially if it doesn't require a huge change to implement.
