This pcap is surptising: the local and remote uuid values are not 32 digits but
a real UUID with '-', which does not match the draft.
My understanding id that this is not valid and that the line:
Session-ID: 856a8625-bc62-34c7-e886-4d-15126;
remote=5b51cac9-75a7-0c94-9844-53-15129
should instead be:
Session-ID: 856a8625bc6234c7e8864d15126; remote=5b51cac975a70c9498445315129
